Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Scope

Acklix provides software and services delivered digitally. There is no physical shipment of goods. This policy explains how access to your purchase is delivered and how to get help if something goes wrong.

2. What You Receive

• Account access to the Acklix platform and features you purchased.
• Subscription or credit balance applied to your workspace.
• Invoices and receipts sent to your registered email.

3. Delivery Method

Delivery is electronic. After a successful payment, your plan, seats, and/or credits are provisioned to your Acklix account. A confirmation email is sent to the address on file.

4. Delivery Time

Provisioning begins once the payment provider confirms your transaction. If access is not visible in your account within 24 hours of payment confirmation, contact support and include your order ID.

5. Service Availability & Access

• Access requires a valid Acklix account and internet connection.
• Changes to your plan, seats, or credits take effect after payment confirmation and may require re-authentication.
• If an account is suspended for policy violations or unpaid invoices, delivery of additional services is paused until the issue is resolved.

6. Geographic Availability

Acklix is delivered digitally and is generally available worldwide, subject to applicable laws and restrictions. Where access is legally restricted, purchases may be declined or access may be limited.

7. Failed or Delayed Delivery

• If your payment is flagged for review or fails, provisioning is delayed until the provider clears the transaction.
• If you paid and do not see access within 24 hours, email support@acklix.com with your order ID and account email.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations stop future billing. Refund eligibility and calculation are defined in our Refund Policy.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy. The revised date will be posted above.
