Data Deletion
Last updated: October 2025
Overview
You control your data in Acklix. This page explains how to permanently delete your account, what data is removed immediately and what limited information may be retained temporarily for security or compliance.
How Data Deletion Works
When you initiate deletion, your Acklix account and all associated content are permanently removed. This includes:
- • Workspace profile and configuration
- • Connected service tokens (Google, APIs, email, etc.)
- • All actions, automations, and templates
- • All generated outputs and stored conversations
- • All uploaded and generated files
Once deleted, this data cannot be restored.
Temporary Retention
To maintain platform security, investigate abuse, and meet legal obligations, certain system-level information may be retained briefly:
- • Security and diagnostic logs (kept up to 90 days)
- • Backup snapshots (automatically purged within 30-60 days)
These records cannot be used to recover your workspace or content.
Google User Data
If you connected your Google account, all OAuth tokens and related metadata are deleted immediately. Acklix does not store copies of your Gmail content, Drive files, Calendar events, or any other Google data after your deletion request is processed.
You may also revoke Acklix access directly from your Google Account:
